The project cracks the traditional manufacturing logistics pain points through the deep integration of ‘robot cluster + intelligent algorithm + digital twin’.
The programme takes AiTEN's ‘MP10S handling robot and TP30 submerged jacking type handling robot’ as the selected products, and puts into use a total of 6 sets of MP10S and 4 sets of TP30 handling robots in 2024, and will add 6 sets of handling robots in three new phases of the project this year, for a total of 16 sets of handling robots. Supplemented by AiTEN's RDS intelligent scheduling system and LMS warehouse management system, thus realising the whole process of automated handling of products from raw materials online to finished products packed into warehouses, and shortening the ROI cycle to 2.3 years.
