Enhanced with robust 3D vision capabilities, these attachments allow for the precise sensing and adjustment of mold positions, ensuring secure and accurate docking. Complementing this system, our TT10 Automated Mobile Robot (AMR) is equipped with a robotic arm that includes a screwdriver for secure mold attachment, providing additional precision post-docking. Furthermore, integration with the customer’s Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and Location Management System (LMS) through our Robot Dispatch System (RDS) enables flexible and responsive task management, adapting to real-time operational needs and efficiently streamlining processes.
